About Me
I've always been fascinated by human behavior—why people think the way they do, why certain patterns repeat, and what it truly takes to create lasting change.
Throughout my career, I've discovered that my greatest passion isn't simply helping people process difficult experiences; it's helping them understand complex challenges, uncover the patterns beneath them, and develop practical strategies that create meaningful results.
Whether I'm working with an executive navigating the demands of leadership, a high-achieving professional feeling stuck despite external success, or a parent searching for answers to their child's behavior, my approach is the same: understand the problem deeply, identify what is driving it, and create a thoughtful plan for lasting change.
As both a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and coach, I combine evidence-based psychological principles with practical, action-oriented strategies. My background in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and behavioral science allows me to tailor every engagement to the unique goals and challenges of the individual.
I believe insight is only the beginning. Real transformation happens when insight is paired with action, accountability, and a clear path forward. My goal is to help clients leave every session with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater confidence in the decisions ahead, and practical tools they can immediately apply to their work, relationships, parenting, and everyday life.
The people I most enjoy working with are those who are curious, motivated, and ready to grow. They aren't looking for someone to solve life for them—they're looking for an experienced guide who can help them see what they can't yet see, challenge them when needed, and equip them with the skills to move forward with clarity and confidence.
